Saving/Updating URL Home Screen "Shortcuts"

Below are step-by-step instructions for copying, deleting and adding (re-adding) home screen shortcuts on both iOS Safari and iOS Chrome:

Copying URL Shortcuts:
  1. Locate the URL shortcut ( Conductor App -  ) on your iPhone's home screen.
  2. Long-press the shortcut until it starts to wiggle and tap "Copy".
  3. Open either Safari or Chrome, and paste the URL.
  4. Follow the corresponding "Adding URL" instructions (listed below) to re-add to home screen.
              You may also access the link URL for the Conductor Remote in the Estate Manager

Deleting URL Shortcuts:
  1. Locate the URL shortcut on your iPhone's home screen that you want to delete.
  2. Long-press the shortcut until it starts to wiggle and tap "Delete Bookmark" to delete the shortcut.
Make sure to delete the old app, and not the new one

Adding URL Shortcuts:

**For iOS Safari:**

1. Open Safari on your iPhone.
2. Navigate to the remote URL for which you would like to save on the home screen.
3. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow) at the top-right corner of the address bar.
4. Scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen."
5. Rename the shortcut or keep the default, "Conductor" and tap "Add" in the upper right corner.  This will ensure that you have the latest version of the website as a home screen icon.

**For iOS Chrome:**

1. Open Google Chrome on your iPhone.
2. Navigate to the remote URL for which you would like to save on the home screen.
3. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow) at the top-right corner of the address bar.
4. Scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen."
5. Rename the shortcut or keep the default, "Conductor" and tap "Add" in the upper right corner. This will ensure you access the most up-to-date content directly from your home screen.
